How do I reset my password?

Contact your facility administrator or email [email protected] with your registered email address. We will verify your identity and issue a password reset within one business day.

I can't scan a QR code on a tray tag. What should I do?

Ensure your device camera has permission to access the scanner. Try cleaning the QR tag and holding your device 6–12 inches away in good lighting. If the issue persists, you can manually search for the tray by case or tray name in the SPD Overview screen.

How do I add a new vendor or doctor to the system?

Only Admin and SPD Supervisor roles can add new vendors and doctors. Contact your facility administrator to request additions. New entries will appear across all relevant forms and filters once added.

A tray is flagged but I've resolved the issue. How do I update it?

Navigate to the Case Detail screen, find the flagged tray, and tap 'Mark Ready' to clear the flag. An audit trail entry will be recorded automatically. If you don't have permission, ask your SPD Supervisor to update the status.

How do I export audit log data?

The Audit Log screen supports filtering by date range, user, action type, and entity. Currently, data can be reviewed on-screen. CSV export functionality is planned for a future release.

Who can approve preference cards and tray setups?

Approvals can be performed by users with the SPD Supervisor or Admin role. Vendor Reps can submit preference cards for approval, and SPD Techs can request tray approvals.
